This historic mansion wedding venue opened its doors in November 2023 and has been making waves ever since. I recently met with Arthur Wood, one of the owners, to learn more about this new Rochester wedding venue.

Family-Owned and Operated

This 11-acre wedding venue is family-owned and operated, which adds a personal touch to every event held there. The venue can currently host up to 100 guests in the mansion, but they have plans to add a 4,500 sq ft ballroom event space. This will increase the guest accommodations to 225 guests, making it an ideal location for both small and large events. 

Versatile Event Space

Not only does the venue host weddings, but it also caters to bridal showers, baby showers, private parties, corporate events, and family gatherings. This means that no matter what the occasion, you can count on this venue to make your event special. 

Luxurious Accommodations

The house itself is massive, with a total of 8 bedrooms, so you can book the venue for an overnight or weekend stay with your family and friends. The house currently has a bridal suite where brides can get ready, and a groom suite is under construction, which will be available soon.
