Back in January, I had the chance to travel to sunny Florida for several photo sessions. One highlight was capturing a beautiful couple’s engagement photos at Apollo Beach State Park. This coastal gem, tucked away on Florida’s west coast, is a dream for both couples and photographers. It’s just a short walk from the parking lot to the beach. We weren’t the only ones there—many other photo sessions were happening that day. Make sure you get there early on a busy day as the parking fills up fast.

The natural light at golden hour was absolutely magical. We even caught cruise ship in the distance leaving port. The soft glow reflecting off the water created dreamy, flattering portraits. The calm breeze and warm air made the whole session feel relaxed and effortless.
